How To Read This Book

The Lifestyle- Aadhaar Zindagi ka, is about plausible and pragmatic ideas to remove all the clutter from our lives.  Achieving mental peace, easy and flowable mornings can be easy if we learn to control the ephemeral joys and indulge into practices which can bring eternal happiness to us. Rather than brooding over aching body and tormented by worries, let's move in a direction where we can make lot of living rather than lot of money and materialistic things. It is not about quelling your cravings , it's about knowing the right choices so that you don't crave for wrong stuff.
The Lifestyle is not a reading book , it's a practical handbook.
To take maximum advantage,  first read the chapter to understand the central idea. Then give the second reading to chapter and focus on what is useful to you in particular. Start implementing on daily basis . This is not going to be easy. Because creating new habits,  new routine is a challenging task.  Initially you will fail most of the time. But be stubborn to develop healthy practices in life. Good things are volatile , you will tend to forget them soon. Jot down the points in your diary which you want to implement in your routine. Maintain a progress table to know about your achievements .
Remember we are not super humans . Sometimes its not possible out of umpteen reasons that we are not able to stick to the decided  daily routine.  Don't worry . Just get back to the daily routine more frequently if there are any disruptions. Being frequently consistent is also OK .
Soon there will be crazy windfall of all  dreams what you have been longing for.
