Handling Hormones

A female's body passes through various stages during a lifetime viz. Puberty, childbirth, perimenopause, menopause , postmenopause.  Coincidentally these are also the years for career building and family building . So women's biological clock is often in conflict with the social norms.  When her own hormones are dwindling and declining during perimenopause( onset of first symptom of menopause) , her kid's hormones are at peak as invariably they may be in their teen years. Take care of mental health when physical health is not good and vice versa. when both are in shackles , surrender to Supreme power and cling to positivity. Mental health , physical health and spirituality .....hold on to atleast one . Gradually all 3 will fall in place because they are interwoven. But then easier said than done. Holding on to positivity in dark times is challenging. Then Again, challenges are for brave. Be Brave !!
