Break Or Breakdown

Imagine a car or any vehicle without breaks. Whether it runs on slow speed or fast speed or optimum speed , it could lead to disaster without break system. In some old automobile engines we all have witnessed at some point that engine gets heated up and it needs cooling time . Sometimes even some coolant like water is to be poured over it to cool it off quickly. This emergency can arise on the way to your very important meeting or work. 
The intention is to explain that everything and everyone needs a break and cooling time to work more happily and hence efficiently. Weekly offs are testimony to this. Though in today's neck breaking busy schedules sometimes weekly offs are not enough. Your mind and body might be begging for a little longer downtime.
Alas!! We all defer this Downtime. Downtime is the time when your mind gets the time to slow down or may b to stay completely idle so that it can reorient the chaos and get back with more vigor.
But some  super busy souls who deny this time for long, they are found relaxing in an uneasy manner on a corporate hospital bed in five star facilities. Lo behold ! GOD has given you the much needed break in a quite undesired way and certainly at a very unexpected location.
How to figure out that it's break time ???
- when irratibily sets in on much trivial matters.
- when you frown more and smile less
- when you overeat
- when you eat more junk than healthy food
-when you drag yourself to work
- when there is no inner kick
- when sleep is not sound
- when chronic  fatigue sets in your body
- when you get offended easily
- when you find fault in everything

The list is subjective and varies from individual to individual.  When these symptoms get severe they take the shape of medical terms like anxiety disorder, personality disorder,disruptive behavior, eating disorder , burnout etc. The root cause is poorly handled stress .
Our mind and body gives clear signals to take break and rest but sometimes due to some genuine commitments and most of times our self created shackles we tend to delay this healing time.
Weigh carefully whether you need break from work or family or daily humdrum of life is draining you. Plan accordingly. 
Keep  breaktime simple and easy ,else it might add up stress to already overwhelming feelings. 
Take the break at right time otherwise it would take way more time to revive yourself same as our phone batteries which needs much more time to recharge when it is completely discharged.  Get charged at right time. 
Choice is personal whether to choose:
Mental break or mental breakdown
Hills or hospital bed
Fatigue or vigor
Frowns or smiles.
Choose after taking a break , decision will be better and wiser.
