"jaisa hum sochtey Hain, waisa hi hota hai"( thoughts manifest):
" A man is what he thinks."
This age old saying can be understood through a true story.
A lady named Sara ( name changed) used to stay fearful all the time. She was fearful of having bad health. Though she was in pink of her health but she had closely seen one of her friend dying of cancer. Since then the fear of this dreadful disease got settled in her mind. It was so intense that she started eating her meals and living her life with utmost precautions. One fine day she discovers through her medical reports that she is actually suffering from cancer. So the moment arrived for which Sara was unkowingly waiting for years. Ultimately her fear of death turned into reality and after battling long she gave up on life and she was declared dead by the doctors.
During the journey to the other world( after death) she comes across the extreme bright light( god power) to whom she says that "I don't won't to die so soon, I want to live life."
That light talks tells her that this is actually not the moment of her death according to her predesigned destiny but she herself has preponed it by constantly thinking on the lines of having ill health and finally the death. She was shocked to hear to this concept of self- damage. She was made aware of the law of attraction. Our thoughts are the vibrations which we send in cosmic environment and these do come back to us .
After learning to this new secret of living a blissful life the lady was granted the second inning of life on the pretext that she is going to live this life positively now onwards. After coming back to her body consciousness Sara kept her promise and she actually lived fearlessly and with positive mindset she completely regained her health.
So why not to do positive affirmations everyday to turn our subconscious mind positive even in moments of crisis. Positive affirmations are some motivational and energetic words which are spoken loudly or in your mind as a part of self talk on daily basis.
The best time to say them is the first thing when you get up in the morning and the last thing before you go to sleep in the night.
For example...even if you are not healthy you are to say that " I am healthy and my body is energetic"
Keep saying these words repeatedly in your mind till the time you achieve what you actually want.
" Fake it , till you make it."
Some of the positive affirmations everyone should do...
- I am a happy soul.
-I am healthy and happy.
-God is always with me.
-I have a loving family.
-God's circle of protection is protecting me and my family every moment.
-I stay peaceful in every situation.
- I am a special creation of God.
-I am very fortunate and lucky person.
- Always good happens to me.
-I am thankful to God for giving me such a beautiful life.
- I am satisfied with whatever I have.
Doing all these affirmations with deep faith can bring a sea- change in our lives. While doing these affirmations not even an iota of doubt should come across our mind.
We humans have a tendency of holding onto negative things . For eg. On one fine day if 10 people compliment you for a nice dress that you are wearing and only 1 person says that you have an awkward dressing sense ...you will be upset whole day just with that one comment ., Forgetting the other 10 lovely compliments completely. This is human nature.
So to change this wiring of human brain , positive affirmations are a great tool. Train our subconscious mind with so much of positivity that it learns to grasp only positivity and falter the negativity.
To nourish the plant of life we must weed out the unwanted negative thoughts and nurture it with manure of nourishing and positive thoughts. It will certainly result into full bloom .
" Nazar badlo, nzaare badal jaayengey.
Soch badlo, sitaarey badal jaayengey."
Yesss!! Thoughts can change our destiny!!!!!.
