"Flexibility"

The living bodies turn stiff within a short time of death. This means " Flexibility is life , stiffness is death."

The term " flexibility" makes a picture in our mind about flexibility of body only. But looking at the larger picture  flexibility of mind ( personal nature) and body both are essential.
Body's flexibility results in good physical health and a pain - free body which itself is a big asset. Flexible personal nature blesses us with a sound mental health.
Physical and mental health are interwined subjects and they lead to a chain of amazingly healthy outcomes. With a sound mental health one attains a pleasant personality leading to great interpersonal relations and a healthy social circle.
There is a saying in punjabi-
" Jey Mann changaa , tey tann changaa."
To understand this great saying we can visualize a sight of a fatal road accident which gives a pukish and nauseating sensation to many onlookers. Means the moment we don't feel good inside it is bound to show its physical symptoms.
To avoid falling prey to this vicious cycle of "mind and body sickness" we can follow some preventive measures. For maintaining good physical health we all are brimming with knowledge of yoga,Pilates,gyming, running marathons, taking more of stairs instead of escalators etc.etc.etc. Just execute whatever suits your body.
For a good mental health smile more even if it is not coming from within, yes even fake laughter is a good therapy. Count your blessings and soak yourself in gratitude. We all need to learn the blissful art of ignorance. Ignorance to negative situations and people around and readjusting our focus on positivity. Also meditation and silence are of great help in soothing out the irritated nerves .
Let's work towards achieving flexibility of mind and body both hence creating a " swasth bharat."
